Job Description
Our esteemed client in the Food and Beverage sector is in search of a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide vital support to the Director.
Location: Ruby, Kolkata (Travel may be required)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendar and scheduling
- Oversee email correspondence and internal communications
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings
- Draft reports and important business communications
- Track project progress to ensure timely completion
- Organize travel arrangements
