Job Description
Sanumas Solutions seeks an experienced Executive Secretary in Coimbatore for a full-time role. Applicants should have 5–10 years of secretarial management experience, preferably in engineering services.
- Manage executive schedules, appointments, board meetings, travel and expense arrangements
- Draft correspondence; prepare reports and presentations; oversee calendar and agenda management
- Coordinate follow-ups and projects; maintain confidential, organized filing; act as liaison with executives, clients and teams
- Require strong interpersonal and communication skills, presentation abilities, and proficiency with office tools
