Job Description
Kotak Mahindra Bank is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of PDU Executive. This role requires the individual to visit properties mortgaged with KMBL in both commercial and consumer banking sectors. Key responsibilities include conducting the APF process through site visits, attending builder meetings, and verifying original documents.
The ideal candidate will be tasked with preparing valuation reports, reviewing external documentation, and coordinating with vendors for report collection and billing. Knowledge of property locations and strict adherence to bank policies and procedures are crucial. Additionally, the candidate will provide updates to the sales division and Head Office regarding current real estate market trends.
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory for this position.
