As an ORM Executive, you will report to the Content Lead and be responsible for managing the brand’s digital presence and tracking online reputation metrics. Your main tasks include monitoring sentiment using social listening tools, creating analytical dashboards, and compiling weekly reports to inform strategic decisions. You will also assist with proactive PR initiatives and analyze campaign performances to enhance the company’s image.
Requirements: Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Konnect Insights.
