Job Description
KSB SE & Co. KGaA is seeking a dedicated Executive to manage payroll processing, salary deductions, and full and final settlements for employees. This role involves handling statutory payments, compliance, and reconciliations including TDS, PF, and ESIC.
Additional responsibilities include managing employee travel expenses, verifying business consultant documents, and processing utility bills. You will also address queries related to employee salaries and investment declarations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll systems and statutory requirements, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
