Job Description

Blueserene Resorts, a distinctive five-star waterfront property near Guruvayur (11 km) and Thrissur (18 km), seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations. The role encompasses menu planning, kitchen leadership, HACCP/FSSAI hygiene compliance, cost control, inventory management, and banquet catering coordination.

• Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management
• Experience: 7–10 years in culinary roles, including 2–3 years as Executive/Senior Chef
• Cuisine expertise: South and North Indian, Continental, and international cuisines
• Employment: Full-time, on-site; Salary ₹60,00–₹70,00/month
• Benefits: provided meals, paid time off, provident fund
