Job Description
Ryze Up seeks a professional, highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in a full-time, permanent, in-person role based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years’ experience, advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, strong reporting and decision-support abilities, and Rotary coordination experience. Key responsibilities include schedule and meeting management, documentation, timely follow-ups, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring seamless executive operations with strict confidentiality. Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder-management skills are required. Relocation or reliable commute is preferred.
