Job Description
Social Booster Media seeks an Executive Assistant to deliver high-level administrative and strategic support to the Founder. Responsibilities include managing a complex calendar and travel arrangements, overseeing communications, coordinating meetings and cross-functional projects, preparing briefings, reports, and presentations, and handling confidential matters with discretion.
Qualifications: minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant experience; excellent written and spoken English; strong organizational and prioritization skills; proficiency with calendar and productivity tools; a proactive startup mindset; professionalism; proven stakeholder management; keen attention to detail; and effective problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate is reliable, discreet, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
