Job Description
Somaiya Vidyavihar University is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Dean. Candidates must hold a Graduation or Post Graduation Degree in any field and have at least one year of experience in an educational institution or university.
Key responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and presentations, handling email correspondence, performing routine office duties, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English (and two additional languages such as Hindi, Marathi, or Gujarati) and have strong personal relation skills.
