Job Description
Kings Infra Ventures Limited, a prominent leader in the seafood processing, aquaculture, and infrastructure industries, is actively searching for a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chairman & Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee scheduling, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Facilitate meetings and create detailed agendas.
- Manage sensitive documents with confidentiality.
- Assist in strategic planning and business presentations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance or Business Administration required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive support.
- Strong command of MS Office Suite.
Location: Kochi, Kerala | Salary: Up to ₹360,00.00 per year
