Job Description

Hainey Global Pvt. Ltd. is in search of a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide crucial support to senior management. The ideal candidate must possess a valid passport and be open to travel or relocation on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership.
• Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.
• Assist with event planning and client meetings.
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
