Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented Estimator II to strengthen our estimation processes, ensuring that our bids are both high-quality and cost-effective. This crucial role will directly contribute to achieving our HBS regional sales objectives.
Position Overview: The Estimator II will manage detailed estimation processes, prepare technical submittals, and oversee vendor relationships. A solid understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation & Control, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering, along with 3-5 years of pertinent experience. Proficiency in MS Office and a strong value-engineered mindset are also required.
