Job Description
PradeepIT Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Ericsson Order Care Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in the Telecom Order Management Domain, specifically with EOC/ECM development in version 16.x and higher. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of EOC or ECM systems, experience in business process workflows, and strong integration skills using web services (REST, SOAP, MQ).
Additionally, expertise in XML/XSD/JSON and Java scripting, knowledge of the Catalog driven orchestration framework, and experience with Oracle are essential. Applicants should be able to handle production defects and have a thorough understanding of our platform components.
