Job Description
HR Creations seeks an Entry‑Level Venue Executive to oversee daily operations and ensure an excellent customer experience at an assigned sports facility. This full‑time, on‑site role includes managing app‑based bookings, payments, and add‑ons; greeting and assisting customers; and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure facility readiness and coordinate maintenance and repairs with weekly follow‑ups
- Supervise hygiene and utilities (water, electricity, restrooms, CCTV, changing rooms, vending machines, playing area)
- Process additional payments and offline bookings; handle inventory requisitions
- Prepare weekly reports to operations and escalate issues as needed
