Job Description
NEXX GROW LEARN invites applications for an Entry-Level Student Counselor (Sales) at its Kozhikode center. The counselor will advise students on courses and career pathways, convert leads into enrollments, meet monthly targets, conduct follow-ups via phone and CRM, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Experience: 1–2 years preferred; motivated freshers with sales aptitude encouraged to apply.
- Key skills: persuasive communication, empathy, active listening, time management, and teamwork. CRM familiarity and ability to work under pressure are advantages.
- Employment: full-time, in-person; salary ₹15,00–18,00/month plus performance-based incentives and career growth in EdTech.
