Job Description
We seek an Engagement Specialist to cultivate community relationships, design and execute multi-channel engagement campaigns, and analyze performance to improve member retention. Duties include CRM segmentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create content, responding to member inquiries, and reporting on KPIs.
- At least 2 years of experience in community or customer engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication; experience with social platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
