Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Junior EUC Engineer to assist in resolving hardware and software issues and to equip new employees with essential IT devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to in-person customers at a TechBar.
- Install End User Computing devices across various office environments.
- Deliver new equipment, including laptops and accessories, in accordance with service level agreements.
- Perform Asset Disposition by removing hard drives and documenting serial numbers.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of IT fundamentals; Cloud Certification is advantageous.
