Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Scymes Services Pvt Limited as an Email Support Executive! In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, processing, and verifying customer requests and booking confirmations via email.
- Handling inbound calls and communicating effectively with clients.
- Assisting guests with special requests and arrangements as the channel coordinator.
- Coordinating with various booking channel agents regarding reservations.
- Responding to inquiries from hosts, channels, and guests via phone or email.
