Job Description
NARITH BUSINESS SERVICE is urgently seeking an Email Escalation Specialist for our international BPO (Escalation/Complaint Management) Customer Service Process.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in escalation/complaint handling but freshers with excellent English skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key requirements include exceptional English proficiency, strong customer service skills, and convincing abilities. Candidates should be available for rotational night shifts, including US shifts.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹21,00.00 to ₹26,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and a Provident Fund.
