Job Description
Tech Mahindra is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Email and Chat Support Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will assist customers by addressing their inquiries through email and chat platforms. We are looking for graduates who possess 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills are a must.
The position requires availability from 8 AM to 8 PM, five days a week, with two rotational days off. The job is located in Airoli, offering a competitive salary range of ₹24,00 to ₹26,00 per month. We prefer candidates who can join immediately.
