Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to join Matrimony.com’s Elite Assisted Services team, reporting to the State Head. Location: Kolkata. You will lead a team of 10–20 Relationship Managers, handle escalations, train new hires, maintain trackers, coordinate client-service standards, and support RMs in building and sustaining high-value client relationships. Deliver exceptional service to premium paid members and drive RM performance to create success stories.
- Qualifications: Graduate; minimum 5+ years in customer-facing/service or sales roles; at least 18 months with the company.
- Skills: excellent English and regional language fluency, supervisory and interpersonal skills, initiative, persuasion, integrity, and business acumen.
- Eligibility: no disciplinary action in last 6 months; recent appraisal rating of “Meets Expectations” or above.
