Job Description

Legacy Health, a premier Revenue Cycle Management Company, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Eligibility & Pre-Authorization (Voice) in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to insurance companies
• Verify claims without Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
• Follow up on corrected claims and appeals
• Manage denials in accordance with non-denial management protocols

Required Experience: A minimum of 1 year in Eligibility, Verification of Benefits (VOB), and Authorization within a medical billing company.

Benefits: Free pickup/drop within 30km, transport allowance, meal passes, bonuses, and more.

Salary: ₹24,00 – ₹40,00 per month.
