Job Description
Quantean is hiring a full-time, permanent, in-person Education Intake Associate. The role involves providing program information to students and parents via face-to-face counseling, phone, and email; guiding inquiries through enrollment; assisting with fee follow-ups to ensure timely payments; maintaining accurate records and daily administrative operations; delivering courteous, prompt customer service; and following internal policies while protecting student confidentiality.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, BDA (Business Development), telecalling, or insurance.
- Languages: English and Hindi.
- Compensation: ₹400,00–₹600,00 per year. Benefits include cell phone and internet reimbursement, health and life insurance, and Provident Fund.
