Job Description
EduLeap, a leading Ed-Tech company, is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Counselor to support prospective students in enrolling in our Online and Offline Training Courses.
As an Education Counselor, your responsibilities will include:
- Advising potential students on selecting appropriate courses tailored to their background.
- Converting leads into subscriptions through strategic follow-ups.
- Keeping an updated record of lead interactions and statuses.
- Addressing student concerns by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Exhibiting excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
This position offers flexible work hours, with a competitive base salary ranging from ₹12,00.00 to ₹15,00.00 per month, alongside performance-based incentives. The work location is Kothrud, Pune.
