Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Education Counselor to join our team at Bombay Surgical Co. In this full-time position, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting the first round of calls to understand student requirements, interests, and capacity to study abroad.
- Generating walk-ins for counselors to conduct counseling sessions.
- Confirming seminar, webinar, and event attendance via phone calls.
- Maintaining calling reports and updating the CRM system.
- Answering inbound calls on the AdmitAbroad phone and distributing leads to counselors.
- Assisting in event coordination and implementation as needed.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
