Job Description

Go Ask Now Technology Pvt Ltd is seeking an Education Counsellor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through various undergraduate and postgraduate courses via data calling and online chat. Your duties will include advising students on degree programs and admissions procedures, addressing inquiries via phone, and converting leads into successful admissions. Additionally, you will collect participant feedback and maintain detailed records of calls and walk-ins.

Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree, demonstrated sales experience (preferably in the education sector), outstanding communication skills, and a strong customer-centric approach. Proficiency in CRM software is required. This full-time role offers a salary of up to ₹28,00.00 per month and requires in-person attendance.
