Job Description
Afond HR Services seeks a full-time, in-person Education Counsellor to generate leads, advise prospective students, and manage admissions for BP Marine courses. The role involves cold calling, lead generation via online channels and events, counseling on course selection and career paths, guiding applicants through the admissions process, and responding to inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain CRM records, coordinate with sales and marketing, and submit regular performance reports.
- Requirements: excellent English communication, customer-focused, self-motivated, team player, target-driven; freshers to 3 years’ experience preferred.
- Compensation: ₹15,00–₹20,00 per month.
