Job Description
CB Tech is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Education Advisors. In this role, you will provide guidance and support to students as they explore academic programs and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain student records and follow up with prospective leads.
- Support students throughout the admission process and address their concerns.
- Work collaboratively with academic and marketing teams to meet enrollment objectives.
Qualifications:
- Open to all candidates, regardless of gender.
- Experience in the Edu tech industry is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
