Job Description
Wave HR & Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director in a dynamic office environment. This role requires a strong presence in the office and encompasses a variety of responsibilities:
- Efficiently managing schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handling all correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism.
- Providing essential administrative support, including document preparation and presentations.
- Overseeing office supplies and ensuring seamless office operations.
- Assisting with various tasks to enhance the Director’s productivity.
Salary ranges from ₹1,200,00.00 to ₹1,800,00.00 per year.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with fluency in English required.
