Job Description
Join John Meridian as an Executive Assistant to the CEO! In this pivotal role, you will organize executive outreach and manage all administrative tasks for the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and more. You will work closely with the CEO to ensure he is well-informed about upcoming schedules, prepare meeting agendas, and draft important correspondence.
We are looking for a proactive individual with at least 5 years of total work experience. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, located in-person.
