Job Description
Carnival Group is actively seeking a committed Duty Officer to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Controlling waste, performing yield tests, and maintaining FIFO standards.
- Complying with grooming SOP checklists.
- Boosting suggestive sales and improving sales per hour (SPH).
- Engaging with guests and addressing their inquiries.
- Maintaining comprehensive checklists for equipment, marketing products, and security protocols.
- Providing training to the team on job-related knowledge.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hotel management and at least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality. This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary of ₹18,00 – ₹20,00. Benefits include health insurance and a provident fund. Candidates should be available for day, evening, night, and rotational shifts.
