Job Description
Location: Talegaon Dabhade, Pune, Maharashtra
Education: B.Tech in Dairy Technology or B.Tech in Food Technology
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the dairy or food industry
Salary: ₹25,00 to ₹35,00 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Ripple, Sauces, and Processed Dry Nuts.
- Oversee manpower and time management.
- Train new executives, operators, and helpers.
- Maximize production while minimizing waste.
- Ensure productivity meets targets with minimal manpower.
- Facilitate teamwork and inter-shift relations.
- Monitor SFG Processes and CCPs.
- Conduct safety and hygiene training for new employees.
