Job Description
VAS INDIA CONSULTING is excited to announce an opening for a Documentation Executive at our Mumbai office, with a focus on Ocean Exports. We are looking for a qualified professional with over 4 years of experience in managing shipping documentation and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- File Shipping Instructions (SI) with the Shipping Line.
- Prepare House Bill of Lading (HBL) in UGS.
- Submit ISF/RGC filing documents for US/RSA shipments.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for CFS stuffing movements.
- Arrange empty container placements and share stuffing plans.
- Process payments for Bill of Lading (BL) releases.
- Invoice for cost bookings and job closures in UGS.
Compensation: ₹3,50,00 to ₹3,75,00 per annum. Job Type: Full-time.
