Collaboration with various departments, such as onboarding, compliance, and HR, is essential for resolving any escalations or clarifications. Adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and data privacy protocols is mandatory, along with reporting any suspicious or fraudulent documents to our compliance team.

Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, experience in data entry or the KYC process, strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and good communication abilities.
