Job Description
Hornet Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Document Verification Specialist. Your main tasks will include verifying documents from client co-ordinators and resolving any related queries.
You will also handle customer complaints promptly and build a positive rapport with clients over the phone.
Requirements: Freshers up to 28 years with a minimum 12th Pass qualification. Proficiency in Hindi is essential, knowledge of English is preferred. Excellent communication skills are necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,089.40 – ₹34,535.12/month
Schedule: Day, Morning, Night shifts
