Job Description
Coviam Technology & Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Document Verification Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will verify documents received from client coordinators and address any queries related to these documents. You will also handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution, establishing a positive rapport with clients via phone.
Requirements include:
- Freshers are welcome
- Age limit: up to 28 years
- Fluency in Hindi; English is preferred
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
