Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Document Verification Officer to join our team. In this role, you will answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate actions for each inquiry. Your responsibilities will include maintaining customer satisfaction ratings, attending mandatory training sessions for product and policy updates, and using company policies to resolve customer issues. You will also input data into our computer platform to keep customer records updated.

Pay: ₹9,026.64 – ₹19,045.06 per month
