Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a Document Scanner, you will manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls efficiently. You will follow communication scripts for various topics and identify customers’ needs. Clarifying information and researching issues diligently to provide effective solutions is essential. You will also seek opportunities to upsell products and strive to build lasting relationships with customers by going the extra mile. All interactions must be recorded in our call center database comprehensively.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,855.69 – ₹17,502.19 per month
