Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Document Scanner to join our team at Tribhrata Ventures. As a Document Scanner, you will be responsible for managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls promptly. Your role includes following communication scripts for various topics, identifying customer needs, and providing effective solutions. Additionally, you will have opportunities to upsell products and build sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile.

Pay: ₹9,855.69 – ₹17,502.19 per month
