Job Description
Strategic Compass Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Document Scanner. Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer phone calls, maintaining customer satisfaction, and updating records in our computer platform. You’ll also attend mandatory training sessions and apply company policies effectively to resolve customer issues.
