Job Description
Strategic Compass Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Document Scanner to join our team. The primary responsibilities include answering incoming customer phone calls and taking appropriate actions, maintaining customer satisfaction ratings, attending mandatory training sessions, determining resolutions based on company policies, and inputting customer data into our computer platform.
This position is a full-time, permanent role suitable for freshers. The monthly pay ranges from ₹9,522.20 to ₹17,107.77, with additional benefits such as Provident Fund and performance bonuses. The working schedule is day shift, and the job requires in-person attendance.
