Job Description
Job Summary:
The E-commerce Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing the dispatch process of e-commerce orders. This includes coordinating with the warehouse, packaging team, courier partners, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily order dispatches through e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website orders, etc.)
- Prepare and print packing slips, invoices, and shipping labels.
- Verify packed items for accuracy and proper packaging.
- Handover shipments to courier/logistics partners and ensure timely pickup.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting stock movement due to dispatches.
- Coordinate with the customer service team for urgent dispatches or delivery escalations.
- Maintain daily dispatch MIS reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
