Job Description
AV People Kart Private Limited is hiring a Dispatch Executive in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring immediate or short-notice joining. The incumbent will manage daily dispatch operations: planning dispatches, preparing delivery challans, invoices and e-way bills, coordinating with transporters/drivers, handling freight billing, and liaising with production, stores, sales, and accounts.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and ensure timely, error-free deliveries.
- Skills: MS Excel proficiency; ERP experience preferred; strong communication, coordination, and multitasking; knowledge of transport billing.
- Qualification: Graduate or 12th pass. 1–3 years’ experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse preferred. On-site work required.
