Job Description
Leventm Technologies seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to design and manage recruitment and onboarding programs, conduct interviews, advise managers on candidate selection, and analyze exit interviews to recommend improvements. The role will develop orientation and training curricula, support compensation planning through salary surveys and job evaluations, and assist with pay structure adjustments. You will train managers in performance coaching and disciplinary procedures, handle employee grievances, and provide counseling. Additionally, you will implement benefits programs, manage claims and vendor contracts, and deliver employee benefits education. Ensure compliance by monitoring HR regulations, conducting investigations, maintaining accurate records, and representing the company at hearings. Strong communication and collaborative skills are required.
