Job Description
Location: Patturaickal, Thrissur
Job Type: Full-time
Contract Length: 6 months
Pay: ₹3,00.00 – ₹6,00.00 per month
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via social media and WhatsApp.
- Ensure professional communication with clients.
- Efficiently track and manage customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries.
- Document chat logs and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Good typing speed and communication skills.
- Understanding of social media communications.
- Ability to handle multiple chats at once.
- Must provide own laptop for work.
- Must be available to work in person at the office.
