Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. This position involves providing exceptional customer service via email and ensuring all inquiries are handled with professionalism. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries from various departments such as Customer Service and Home Retention, processing requests from Relationship Managers, and managing tasks in MSP. Additionally, the candidate will need to update relevant information in MSP/Reverse Quest as necessary.
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have at least one year of experience in customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
