Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a Campaign Performance Analyst dedicated to delivering timely reports to our Campaign Managers on a weekly, daily, bi-weekly, and monthly basis. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing our digital banking performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing campaigns within the Interact channel.
- Implementing process improvements and conducting quality checks.
- Automating reporting processes for increased efficiency.
- Collaborating effectively with Campaign Managers to optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in forecasting tools such as SAS, POWER BI, Python, and Excel.
