Job Description
PC Solutions is looking for a talented Desktop Support Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills across both Windows and MAC platforms, as well as a thorough understanding of Outlook and Slack configurations. A quick learner with expertise in Wi-Fi setup is essential.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing support for desktops, printers, and peripherals, both on-site and remotely. You will be tasked with diagnosing issues, reporting downtimes, and managing antivirus software. Additionally, you will be responsible for reinstalling mail client software and configuring client PCs to ensure smooth daily operations.
