Job Description
We are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to support our kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, managing a station, and maintaining strict hygiene standards.
- Responsibilities: prepare, portion, and plate dishes to specification; assist in menu execution and control stock.
- Supervise a station, ensure HACCP and food-safety compliance, and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Requirements: 1–2 years in a professional kitchen, basic supervisory experience, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure with flexible shifts.
