Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to establish contact with the right decision-makers.
- Accurately document call outcomes to effectively manage the debtor contact list.
- Engage with debtors to generate leads that qualify for collection efforts.
- Work closely with the collections team to optimize lead conversion.
- Follow up promptly on qualified leads for appointments or live transfers.
Requirements:
- Any graduate or undergraduate; a minimum of 12th-grade completion is required.
- Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
Compensation: ₹18,00.00 – ₹23,00.00 per month.
Shifts Available: Evening, fixed night, and US shifts.
